Overview Data Center
Security - SAS 70 Type II: Physical
access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress
points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, state of
the art intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means. Authorized
staff must pass two-factor
authentication a minimum of two times to access data center floors. All
visitors and contractors are required to present identification and are signed
in and continually escorted by authorized staff. Staff with potential access to customer data
are required undergo an extensive background check (as permitted by law)
commensurate with their position and level of access to data. Facilities are staffed 24 hours a day with
on-site guards and equipped with both interior and exterior closed circuit
television and bio-metric entry security devices.
Backup
Security

Files Stored Encrypted on Server: Files are stored on the Server in fully encrypted form,
using an encryption key set by the end user. It is impossible for the Server
operator to decrypt and view end user files unless the end user discloses the
encryption key.
Filenames
Encrypted on Server: File names are
stored encrypted on the Server. This prevents disclosing sensitive information
to the Server operator. File names often contain sensitive information.
Strong Encryption: Built-in strong encryption. DVSS supports seven (7)
selectable encryption methods - DES v1, DES v2, TDES, Blowfish 448, AES-128,
AES-192, and AES-256.
