Select Change Password or right-click on the remote site and choose 

FTP Commands ->SITE

When prompted, they will need to enter the command syntax below:

cpwd newpassword

This will change your password.

How do access my data via the web?
Web Access:  To login to your account from a web browser, use an ftp URL:

ftp://DS.datavaultcorp.net

or

ftp://username:password@DS.datavaultcorp.net/
